RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and details may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@oddlyours.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@oddlyours.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

— Custom or personalized pieces  
— Made-to-order items  
— Gift cards  
— Sale items  
— Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Returns showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

JEWELRY CARE

Our pieces are handmade and should be handled with care.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or excessive force are not considered manufacturing defects.

For best longevity, we recommend storing jewelry carefully and avoiding direct contact with moisture and cosmetics.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item if eligible.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
